Working for IBSS BIOMED since 2004, initially as executive office board for commerce, and since November 2004 as the president of management board.

He began his professional carrier in the pharmaceutical branch 13 years ago, as a business representative of "Farmed" wax store in Gdynia. From 1995 to 2004 he worked for the company "Pliva", where he performed successively the functions of medical representative, area manager, sales manager and project manager.

Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical Academy in Gdańsk. He has also done MBA post-graduate degree at Gdańsk University (Poland) and a post-graduate degree in management of health care units at Warsaw School of Economics (Poland).

Biology graduate from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan; connected with the biotechnology industry for 25 years, since 1983, when she started her adventure with the IBSS BIOMED S.A.

Gaining the depth of biotechnology knowledge, Katarzyna Dechnik held the positions of Senior Assistant at the Diagnostic Liquids and Allergens Department, Chief Specialist in Quality Management System and Main Technologist. Production Department Director since 2004. Has made a valuable contribution to the building of IBSS BIOMED S.A. market position. Member of the Polish Society for the Combating of Allergic Diseases (Polskie Towarzystwo Zwalczania Chorób Alergicznych); Committee Member at the Polish Chamber of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry (Polska Izba Przemysłu Farmaceutycznego i Wyrobów Medycznych Polfarmed).
